It is amazing how everybody puts their special “touches” on the corsages and bubble containers. Linda and her daughter have been making corsages while watching television at night. During the CSI show, they cut out the squares. And during their next favorite show, they do the folding and then add the finishing touches – the satin ribbons. They are “super-sizing” them.
They take a large sheet of tissue paper and cut into four pieces. And instead of using the pipecleaners, they added thin satin ribbons for the stem. Linda is a great shopper and with her coupons, she only paid twenty cents for a spool or ribbon and purchased the tissue pack from the Dollar Store. They also decorated little bubble bottles with the matching ribbon and cute little stickers. Realy beauitiful. I can’t wait to give them out tomorrow in Lansdale. They are so Mother’s Day looking!
